It's always refreshing to see that perfect vending ripple and this one is the perfect example. Get 500 untouched 1972-73 Topps Hockey cards all in one shot with this gem, which features half the cards turned one way and half turned the other way, the frequent result of Topps having sheets facing two different directions when they were cut. This year is thin on rookies, with Gilles Meloche, Jim Rutherford and Phil Myre, but it's loaded with stars like Orr, Hull, Esposito, Dryden and Mahovlich, all potentially in very high grades. The set has 176 cards so you might even get two high-grade sets. This one is from a major collector who purchased the box directly from Topps and it hasn’t moved since. This lot includes a LOA from Collect Auctions stating that the box was pulled from a sealed case and is guaranteed to be unsearched.
