This wax box of 1978 Topps Baseball includes all 36 packs, which are authentic and sealed, but the condition vary so much that BBCE and Collect Auctions decided it was best to not wrap it. It's a "made" box, meaning packs were added from various purchases until the box contained 36 packs so some are high-grade, some are low-grade, with a variance of colors, corner wear and light warping. It's authentic, just in lesser condition. With some effort and upgrading to a few of the packs (and maybe the display box), you'd quickly have a box worthy of the BBCE wrapping.
