This lot offers four signed J.D. McCarthy postcards, with three of them mailing and signed in the 1950s. Although the unsigned postcards offer little collectible value by themselves, signed versions, particularly those "postal-used" with a dated postmarks, are quite desirable. It includes: Bob Cerv (mailed in NY 1956), Art Ditmar (mailed in NY 1958), Clem Labine (signed on both front and back, mailed in Brooklyn 1956) and Don Larsen, with a perfect signature.
