The list of four single-signed caps includes: Don Mattingly, Bobby Richardson, Tom Tresh, Whitey Ford and Goose Gossage. There are two multi-signed caps, with one featuring David Cone, Andy Pettitte, Jeff Nelson and Dale Polley; with the other including 10 signatures, with Al Downing, Stan Bahnsen, John Blanchard, Steve Hamilton, Mel Stottlemyre, John Montefusco, Sparky Lyle, Don Larsen, Ryne Duren and Rudy May.
