This is a large assortment of vintage football from four important issues in the 1960’s, the 1967 and 1969 Topps sets and the middle years of the Philly Gum tenure in 1965-66. The group includes a number of Hall of Famers in a wide condition range that is broken down essentially by issue below. There is some duplication that is also broadly noted at the beginning of each entry. The breakdown: 1965 Philly Gum (24 cards, 19 different) – Mostly Good to Very Good and including No. 31 Brown (Good), Team cards from the Browns and Giants (2) and the No. 197 Checklist; 1966 Philly Gum (56) – Mostly Good to Very Good, including Hall of Famers Parker (Poor), No. 67 Brown (Good), No. 119 Brown (Good), Tarkenton (2, Poor), McDonald (2), No. 96 Jones (Good), Starr – Very Good m/c, Krause (Good) and Wilson – Very Good; 1967 Topps (89 cards, 66 different) – Mostly Very Good to Excellent, some above and below, with Buoniconti (3), Bell, Buchanon (2) Hadl (2) and Lowe; 1969 Topps (49) – Very Good to Excellent, with some above and below.
