Here is a handsome accumulation of cards from the 1968 Topps Baseball issue, the important offering with the full bleed “burlap” borders that make them particularly condition sensitive. This array is a solid Excellent to Ex-Mt, with some reaching to Near-Mint, and some below. A total of more than a dozen Hall of Famers are included in this group, along with many All-Stars, stars and Specials. About six dozen of the group have the kind of centering that might typically prompt an upgrade, though not all of those would be severe enough to dictate a formal off-center designation. Also headlining is a significant group of the difficult high numbers, more than four dozen in all.
