With the dawn of the Cold War and the chilling political climate, a non-sport card set depicting the valiant efforts of the Federal Bureau of Investigation seems like a natural, and Bowman responded to the call with this offbeat entry. The 2 1/16-by-2 ½-inch cards provide colorful illustrations of FBI lore and legend; this specimen in nine-pocket sheets in a binder presents essentially Excellent to Ex-Mt, with a few below, though there are a few cards with dimensions off kilter enough to raise concerns about trimming.
