Presented here is an attractive complete set of the 1971 Topps Football issue, an accumulation that is largely Ex-Mt to Near-Mint and boasting a sparkling roster of Hall of Famers that nicely conform to the broader condition range. For a condition-sensitive issue that so mercilessly reveals even the slightest wear to the delicate red and blue borders, this example reveals minimal chipping of those full-bleed color borders; also noteworthy is the fact that the first 100 or so numbers are a whisper better in overall condition.
