This is an amazing group of mostly Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint cards from the ultra condition-sensitive 1971 Topps Baseball issue, the black-bordered classic that so easily reveals even the slightest wear and handling. Very rare to find this iconic issue in such compelling grades, coming out to roughly 85 percent being Near-Mint or Near-Mint to Mint, and the balance mostly Ex-Mt, with a few falling below. In a large grouping with some duplication, some of the key Hall of Famers – including Aaron, Clemente, Bench, Carew, Seaver and Carlton to name a few - are present in multiples as well.
