Here are three important cards from the Depression Era featuring St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famers Jim Bottomley, Grover Cleveland Alexander and Frankie Frisch. All three are in a highly attractive and collectible condition, markedly better than 1933 Goudeys and 1935 Diamond Stars are typically encountered in mature collections. Here’s the breakdown: 1929-30 Four-in-One Exhibit, Orange version with Alexander, Wilson, Frisch and Bottomley – Excellent; 1933 Goudey No. 44 Bottomley – Ex-Plus; and 1935 Diamond Stars No. 59 Bottomley – Ex-Mt o/c.
