This 1918 St. Louis Browns Annual Pass is signed by Phil Ball in black fountain pen. Ball was the owner of the St. Louis Terriers of the Federal League from 1914 through 1915 and the St. Louis Browns of the American League from 1916 through 1933. The pass measures 3 3/4"x2 1/4" and the signature is authenticated by JSA with a full LOA.
