Presented are two glistening Near-Mint or better complete sets of the iconic 1988 Fleer Basketball issue, the company’s third effort with an NBA license after it’s groundbreaking entrance into the arena in 1986 with the Michael Jordan Rookie card that helped propel the hobby to new heights. Michael’s still here, and dominates the issue with his No. 17 regular-issue card (and his All-Star card as well), but he gets a lot of help from the likes of Rookie cards from Reggie Miller, Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman and John Stockton, to say nothing of the rest of NBA royalty like Bird, Magic, Barkley, et al. These are cards essentially as issued, with vivid colors and gloss and razor-sharp corners; the same description applies to the 11-card Sticker sets that accompany each.
