Bush, 41st President of the United States, Jan. 20, 1989-Jan. 20, 1993, 12/89" stitched in black near a Presidential Seal patch. The piece has a Patrick Van Tiem hologram affixed and the signature is also authenticated by BAS with a full LOA.
