Presented is an impressive group of mostly Topps baseball cards from the decade of the 1960s, an array that includes almost six dozen Hall of Famers and a boatload of Specials, All-Stars and stars, plus a handful of lower-grade cards from the 1961-63 Post Cereal tenure in the baseball card arena. Sandy Koufax cards from 1961-64 headline, along with others from the likes of Henry Aaron, Ernie Banks, Yogi Berra, Al Kaline, Eddie Mathews, Bob Gibson, Lou Brock and a host of others, along with a stunning number of the various Specials and subsets seeded throughout the decade. The bulk of the huge group is concentrated from 1961-64 and 1966 and 1969, with a startling number of important Hall of Famers sprinkled within each year. The condition range is detailed for each segment and is often a bit wider than what might typically be encountered mature collections; as noted above the nearly 100 Post Cereal cards are perhaps a rung lower, mostly Good to Fair. It’s an old-fashioned style auction lot, loaded with value and just begging for a good deal of close examination. We'll do our part with a comprehensive listing; in the text that follows, the card indicated is the player’s regular-issue version unless otherwise noted.
