Presented is an attractive complete set of the 1971 Topps Baseball Coins, an aggregation that is largely Excellent to Ex-Mt, with the Hall of Famers and stars conforming to the wider condition range. As is not uncommon with the Topps coins issues, some of the examples are closer to Very Good because of light scuffing to some of the edges. The set is a counterpart to the earlier Topps metal coins issue in 1964, the 1 ½-inch in diameter coins included as inserts with regular-issue Topps cards.
