Presented is a really attractive game-worn cap from the first years of the Kansas City Athletics after the move from Philadelphia, a cap not linked to a specific player but boasting a wonderful patina to go with its historic lineage. The cap has the red beanie, with embroidered white “A” in white and red stitching. It has the leather headband and McAuliffe horizontal label at the interior back, with 7 1/8 stamped on the band, along with the Pro KM Cap logo. The cap is in wonderful condition, revealing some fabric wear to the right side and a tiny hole on the left.
