Presented are two vintage bobbin head dolls from the 1960s featuring two beloved figures from the era, former American League Home Run record holder Roger Maris and the Chicago Cubs, both in their original boxes. The 1962 Maris bobber is probably Excellent, with the 7 ½-inch White Square Base figure boasting a really nice paint job and only the slightest bit of yellowing, with a few of the often ubiquitous small cracks to the bottom of the face that are typically most visible when looking at the figure from below, and a few small paint chips that barely detract from the presentation. There is also some minor loss of the “Roger Maris” decal on the white base; the Maris box is in Fair condition. The Cubs figure, 6 ½ inches and is also the White Square Base, boasts an even better paint job, likely Ex-Mt-Plus overall, with the original box in Poor condition.
