This is an attractive example of the Pirates Bobbin Head Doll from the 1963-66 Green Base Series, a Near-Mint specimen that displays superb color and gloss, with virtually none of the dreaded chipping that is so ubiquitous in these figures. The painting is outstanding, with detailed crisp lines on the famed Pirates cap, right down to the intricate gold skull-and-crossbones on the front. The original box with color sticker on the top is 3 ¼-by-7 ¼ inches (3 ¼ inches deep) is in Good condition, with some fraying and small tears to the notoriously delicate cardboard edges.
