Presented are two important mid-1980s Topps Football sets (396 each), with both issues in outstanding condition and the 1986 set missing two important Rookies, Jerry Rice and Reggie White. The 1984 set is largely Near-Mint to Near-Mint to Mint, glistening, as-issued cards, with exceptional color and gloss, with some of the typical centering vagaries. The Hall of Famers generally conform to the wider condition range, with modest exceptions for a VG-Ex Marino Rookie and Ex-Mt-Plus Elway Rookie. The 1986 near set is not quite as spectacular overall, coming in closer to Near-Mint or better, with a few Ex-Mt cards from tiny corner dings and a handful below.
