The game-used MLB baseball is signed on the sweet spot by David Ortiz in blue ballpoint pen. Ortiz added "HR 522 Passes Ted" to the right of his signature, with the baseball used in the July 1, 2016 game vs. LAA in which Ortiz passed Ted Williams on the all-time home run list. The ball includes both Fanatics and MLB holograms affixed near the label.
