Presented here is a highly attractive partial set of the colorful 1969 Topps Football issue, found here in essentially Ex-Mt to Near-Mint condition, with some below. The lineup of a dozen HOFers and stars offers a nice glimpse into the broader condition range (including an SGC 8 Csonka), creating a uniform and consistent presentation for an extremely popular issue. With ½ of the set featuring full-bleed borders, the issue remains one of the true condition-sensitive hallmarks of the decade, and this offering presents the vivid colors and sharp photography to good effect in an array that represents just over ½ of a complete set. A listing below includes the HOFers and key cards; overall it comes out to 33 percent Near-Mint, 46 percent Ex-Mt, 10 percent Excellent and 10 percent Very Good.
