This lot features seven signed, game-used bats from Chicago Cubs stars of the 2016 World Series, with game-used bats from Ben Zobrist and Addison Russell, along with batting practice bats from Javier Baez and Kyle Schwarber (2), with signed bats from Jorge Soler and David Bote. The Zobrist bat is a Trinity Bat Co. model BZ165 with a slight handle crack, heavy coat of pine tar on the handle, with "18", "34" and "32" stamped into the end of the knob, with the numbers repeated "32.4" and model number written in marker. The bat shows light use with a couple stray ball transfer marks and bat rack marks on the barrel, with Zobrist signature and adding "Game Used 2016" with Fanatics and BAS stickers on the end of the barrel. The Russell bat is a Zinger X Series model AR15, with a heavy coat of pine tar up the handle near the center brand. The bat is uncracked with heavy use in the form of stitch marks, ball transfer marks, etc. all over the barrel and Russell's signature and "Game Used 2016" on the barrel, with Fanatics and MLB holograms affixed. The three batting practice bats are signed and cracked from use, but are not game model bats. Baez signed a Louisville Slugger Pro Stock model I13, which has a large handle crack and grain swelling on the barrel with heavy use. It has "06-17-11" stamped into the end of the knob and "33.5" written in silver marker, with Baez' signature in silver Sharpie on the barrel. Both of Schwarber's bats are Louisville Slugger (models M356 and I13), with Schwarber's signature on the barrel. Both have heavy use with ball marks and stitch marks throughout the barrel, and both have JSA stickers on the end of the knob. Bote signed a Louisville Slugger on the barrel in silver Sharpie with a JSA sticker on the end of the handle, while Soler signed a Rawlings bat in silver Sharpie with a PSA/DNA sticker on the end of the handle.
