From the granddaddy of all baseball card issues comes this T206 White Border Addie Joss Pitching card, one of many important key cards from the legendary set, found here in a PSA 1.5 (mk) holder. The pastel yellow background neatly showcases the Joss Portrait, adding a special significance to a card issued just prior to the Hall of Famer’s death from meningitis in 1911. One of two Joss varieties in the fabled issue and the more difficult and expensive of the two, this example has a centering bias to the right and rounded corners; the Piedmont 150 back reveals some staining and toning, plus extraneous pencil notations.
