From the granddaddy of all baseball card issues comes this T206 White Border Fred Clarke Portrait card, one of many key cards from the legendary set, found here in a PSA 2 (mk) holder, with the Hall of Famer whose career spanned the 18th and 19th centuries set against the blood-red background. One of two Clarke varieties in the fabled issue, this example has decent centering with attractive white borders, slightly rounded corners and a card front jostled by some apparent ink staining; an uncommonly crisp and clean Piedmont 150 back has some fountain pen markings.
