Here's a rare game-used jersey from Miami Dolphins Hall of Famer Dan Marino, which arrives signed and framed. While we can't see the front o the jersey to detail the tagging and sizes, it includes something better: Marino's own LOA, along with an inscription reading "1996 Gamer, 21-28, 237 YRDS, 1 TD" which means it was used during the Nov. 17, 1996 game vs. the Oilers. The Dolphins won 23-20 over the Oilers, with Irving Spikes catching the lone 10-yard TD in second quarter. The jersey carries a Fanatics hologram affixed near the signature and there's a Fanatics branded LOA on the back, which pictures Marino holding this very jersey and it's signed by Marino, with a full LOA from BAS also included authenticating the signature on the jersey. Marino held or currently holds dozens of NFL records associated with the quarterback position, despite never being on a Super Bowl-winning team. He was a nine-time Pro Bowler, the NFL Rookie of the Year (1983), and the NFL’s Most Valuable Player (1984). Marino started 13 games in 1996, with 17 touchdowns and 2,795 passing yards. He's arguably the greatest quarterback of all-time, finishing his career with 61,361 passing yards and 420 TDs and his game-used jerseys don't hit the market very often.
