This is a fascinating lot touching on two important Topps baseball issues from 1969 and 1970, a large grouping that includes numerous Hall of Famers and major stars of the era, including Henry Aaron, Willie Mays, Nolan Ryan, Frank Robinson, Johnny Bench, Reggie Jackson, Rod Carew and many others. The smaller group of about 150 cards from 1969 is essentially Good to Very Good condition, with some above and below the range and headlined by a second-year Nolan Ryan in a PSA 3 holder; the 1970 group is really a partial set of about 430 cards, or roughly 60 of a complete set. The 1970 partial is also in a stronger condition, basically Excellent to Near-Mint, with some below. In the listing below, the card shown is the player’s regular-issue card unless otherwise indicated.
