Signatures include: Ed Kranepool, Ken Boswell, Wayne Garrett, Ron Swoboda, Cleon Jones, Jerry Grote, Art Shamsky, Al Weis, Rod Gaspar, Don Cardwell, Don Clendenon, JC Martin, Ron Taylor, Cal Koonce, Jim McAndrew, Jack DiLauro, Gary Gentry and Ed Charles.
