This 8x12 Bachrach portrait features Lou Henry Hoover, with a high-grade signature placed below. The signature reads, "Sincerely yours, Lou Henry Hoover" in black ink. While signatures of Herbert Hoover are pretty common, signatures of the former First Lady are quite rare since she died in 1944. It's pre-certified by PSA/DNA and a great addition to any political collection.
