This is a wonderful array for serious Cubs fans and collectors, a near-set of the 1932 Cubs Picture Pack 6 1/8-by-9 ¼-inch cards, plus a similarly intriguing group of Cubs Scorecards, Programs and related magazines, and a 1932 World Series press pin. Here’s the breakdown of the Picture Pack cards, basically in Excellent condition, with the exceptions noted: Bush (VG), Corriden, Cuyler, DeMaree, English (VG), Grimes, Grimm, Gudat, Hack, Hartnett (VG), Hemsley (VG), Herman, Hermann, Jurges, Koenig (VG), Malone, May, Moore, O’Leary, Root (VG), Smith, Stephenson (VG), Zack Taylor (VG), Tinning (VG), and Warneke. Scorecards and programs: Two copies (2) of the 1934 Cubs Schedule books 4-by-6 inches, one is Very Good and one is Fair; 1937 Chicago Cubs 4 ½-by-6-inch Autograph Book presents in Ex-Mt condition but the original owner has written his name and address on the title page; Four-page 1937 Cubs Scorecard 6-by-9-inch, scored in pencil but presents Good; Four-page 1938 Cubs Scorecard 6-by-9-inch, scored in pencil but presents Good; 1938 Cubs and White Sox Schedule and Program 6-by-9-inch 24 pages in Ex-Mt condition; 1939 Cubs Schedule disc, 4 inches in diameter in Near-Mint condition; 1940 Cubs Scorecard 6-by-9-inch, 12 pages, scored in pencil but presents Good; 1941 Cubs History and Record Book 6-by-9-inch, in Very Good condition; two (2) specimens of the 1942 Cubs Roster and Record Book 6-by-9-inch, both in Ex-Mt condition; 1945 Chicago Cubs News 8 ½-by-11-inch eight-pages in Good condition; Eight-page 1946 Chicago Cubs Picture Parade booklet 5 ¼-by-8 ¼-inch in Ex-Mt condition; 1932 World Series press pin (reproduction) presents Ex-Mt but pin is broken off; and two envelopes 8 ¾-by-4 inches, “Chicago Cubs News” return address, with typed-in addressee and pencil dates of 1945 (one presents Excellent, one Fair).
