This 1991 US Open scorecard is signed by Davis Love and Nick Faldo. The scorecard is for Love's final round, in which he shot a 71 and is verified by playing partner Faldo. Both players signed in pencil with both signatures pre-certified by PSA/DNA. The tournament was held at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota on June 13-16, 1991. Payne Stewart would win the tournament in an 18-hole playoff over Scott Simpson the following day.
