This is a rare opportunity to bid for the complete set of the popular 1971 MLB Photo Stamps, offered here with all 24 individual albums housed in the presentation box. Each album features 24 Photo Stamps, which are found here in uniformly Near-Mint or better condition; the 24 different albums are 8 ½-by-11 inches and present in Ex-Mt to Near-Mint condition, jostled only by slight wear to some of the spines. The 9 ½-by-11 ½-inch presentation box is essentially Fair to Good only because off some cracking at the corners and some dirt and staining, along with a tape hinge that has been added to one vertical side. The lot also includes the unique “Baseball’s All-Time Greatest Stars Volume One,” the 8 ½-by-11-inch Booklet that was included as a premium with the boxed set. The eight-page Booklet features attractive sepia-tone photographs of many of the legendary Greats of the Game, along with line artwork and spot color and is in overall Good condition. The All-Time Greatest lineup includes Ruth, Cobb, Gehrig, Hornsby, Ott, Dean, DiMaggio, Cochrane, Greenberg, Foxx, Feller, Hubbell, Grove, Sisler, Speaker, Wagner and Williams.
