This David Ortiz size 50 home jersey was used during the July 6, 2016 game vs. the Rangers when Ortiz hit his 523rd home run of his career. Ortiz signed the back number "4" of his 34 with his name in silver, along with "1 BB, HR 523, 1-3" and signed the "3" with "7/6/16, Game Used, Final Season" also in silver Sharpie. The jersey has a MLB hologram affixed to the size tag on the front, with a Fanatics hologram on the back, and arrives in its original Fanatics custom box.
