This 28x14 framed display features a land grant signed by both James Madison and James Monroe. The grant is dated April 15, 1812 and has heavy creasing, foxing, several stains and the seal is intact. Both signatures are easily legible and authenticated by BAS with a full LOA, with Madison signing at the President and Monroe as the Secretary of State.
