This 1959 Topps Roberto Clemente features a bold blue-ink ballpoint early 1960s vintage signature. The signature shows up nicely and grades "8-9" in strength. Clemente-signed cards are almost nonexistent. He is, in fact, one of the rarest of all modern legends to find signed on a baseball card. This is a great example worthy of the most advanced autographed card or Clemente collection. The card has the words "May 25" written in blue pen on the back, indicating the day the card was signed. The signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA and arrives slabbed in an "Authentic" holder.
