This one-page handwritten letter is from Hall of Fame umpire, Billy Evans. The letter appears to be correspondence with someone making travel arrangements for him for minor league and major league meetings and his request for a suite at The New Yorker. Evans full signature appears at the bottom and is authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full LOA with the signature graded "Mint 9".
