This is a large grouping of 1970-71 Topps Basketball cards and two smaller arrays of cards from 1969-70 and 1971-72, with a significant number of Hall of Famers, stars, minor stars and specials included in the largest segment, often with duplication. The two smaller groups include 10 of the 1969-70 Topps oversized (21/2-by-4 11/16) cards, mostly in Excellent condition, and 30 cards from the traditional size 1971-72 Topps issue, in this instance mostly Good to Very Good and including a No. 55 Maravich. The 1970-71 group features 180 of the oversized cards in mostly Very Good to Excellent, with some cards falling to Good and below and including a vast number of Hall of Famers. In all instances where players are listed, a single card is presumed, with instances of multiples noted in parenthesis: No. 1 Leaders, 5 Leaders (2), 7 Bradley (2), 10 Havlicek, 13 Riley, 50 Chamberlain (2), 65 Baylor, 70 Hayes (3), 75 Alcindor (2), 100 Robertson (2, one is Poor), 101 Checklist (4, one is Poor), 112 Havlicek (2), 113 Baylor (3), 114 Robertson, 120 Frazier, 123 Maravich, 137 Murphy (2), 150 Reed (2), and 160 West (2).
