Stewart Udall signed this OML (4th of July 2001 stamp) baseball on the side panel and added "2009". Udall is one of three living JFK cabinet members (Robert S. McNamara and Willard Wirtz are the others) and was Secretary of Interior for JFK and Lyndon B. Johnson (1961-1969). He was the driving force behind Johnson's Great Society and passed such acts a Clean Air, Water Quality, National Trail System and Endangered Species Preservation. Signature is authenticated by PSA/DNA with a basic COA.
