Andy Reid is currently the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs and was the previous long time head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. Reid was once an assistant on the Packers dynasty of the mid-90s. We offer a document from 1994 fining star player Paul Hutchins for not meeting weight. It's signed by Reid and assistant coach Gary Reynolds. There is also a photocopied page with Mike Holmgren's photocopied signature. However the page with Reynolds and Reid are hand signed. One of a kind document! 2 pages total.
