From the “grey lady” of vintage Topps baseball cards comes this large accumulation of about 800 cards from 1971, with a good deal of duplication and a relatively wide condition range from Good to Ex-Mt and even Nr-Mt. There are a significant number of Hall of Famers, stars and specials, with the HOFers generally Good to Very Good (a few below), and perhaps two dozen specials, including checklists, League Leaders and World Series cards. While most of the group falls within the broader range of Good to Excellent, there are more than 100 cards that are clearly Ex-Mt and even some Near-Mint. The HOFers list: Alston, Aparicio, Brock, Bunning, Durocher, Killebrew, Marichal, Marichal All-Star, McCovey, Brooks Robinson, Brooks Robinson All-Star, Schoendienst (5), Billy Williams (2) and Yastrzemski (2).
