This unique vintage Jackie Robinson lot includes a signed 8x10 photo, 17 smaller original photos, a small newspaper photo matching the 8x10 and a full page from World Telegram and Sun Saturday Magazine with primary photo matching the 8x10. First, the 8x10 is signed in blue steel tip pen with "Best Wishes" added. An unknown hand has added "March 3, 1957, 425 Lex. Ave. NYC" near the top, with the signature authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full LOA. The 17 original photo are 4x5, with two stamped with "Aug. 6, 1960", 11 stamped "Jan. 13, 1962" and four undated. Most are stamped with the name "A.A. Ritter" on the back and the newspaper photo points out that Mr. Ritter was one of the people shown shaking hands with Jackie Robinson. This great lot is obviously highlighted by the exceedingly rare signed 8x10, but the photos and provenance seal the deal.
