This is a game-used jersey from the World University Games held in Buffalo, NY in 1993. Jersey has "Juegos Universitario Buffalo 93" written in black marker on the back. It is signed on the front by 15 players. The 1993 is the team that Rey Sanchez defected from. The jersey is a Mizuno with 98-6 on the tag inside the neck. Cuba and 11 are sewn on. PSA/DNA ruled inconclusive on this since most of the signatures don't have existing exemplars.
