This hardcover "The Whiz Kids" book by Harry Paxton is signed by 26 members of the 1950s Philadelphia Phillies. It was initially inscribed, "To Raymond Ross, Best Wishes, Robin Roberts" with eight signatures added to the inside cover, eight additional signatures on the first available page (in addition to Roberts) and nine signatures on the title page. Signatures include: Richie Ashburn, Andy Seminick, Roberts (2), Dick Whitman, Granny Hamner, Del Ennis, Dick Sisler, Russ Meyer, Bob Miller, Stan Lopata, Bubba Church, Hank Borowry, Mike Goliat and others, along with the author's signature. The signatures are all very clean, while the book's binding is starting to separate.
