This Cleveland Browns Puma jersey was worn by Courtney Brown during the 2000 season. The jersey has a "99 48" tag sewn into the neck indicating it was produced during the 1999 season, but Brown wasn't drafted until 2000 when he was the No. 1 overall pick. The size 48 tage is affixed to the Puma tag, along with a 4" LB tag and shows light use. Brown signed the back in red Sharpie, with the signature authenticated by PSA/DNA with a basic COA. It also arrives with a Celebz COA, meaning it was probably obtained directly from Brown.
