This pair of game-used pants were worn by Doyle Alexander during the 1976 season with the New York Yankees. The Wilson size 36 pants have "Alexander, 52, 76, 1, 26 1/2" chain-stitched into the waistband, along with several faded vintage marker notations. They show medium use in the form of scattered stains throughout and some pilling from repeated washings. Alexander went 10-5 that season, played for Texas the next season and wouldn't return to the Bronx again until 1982.
