Included is a signed Patriots jersey, along with a Sports Illustrated magazine with Blount on the cover and five 8x10 photos, with four different shots. Each is signed boldly by Blount and originates from Hollywood Collectibles with Altman's hologram affixed. Blount added "SB 49 Champs" on the jersey.
