This 1976 Topps card features Tony Solaita and is signed boldly in blue Sharpie. Any 1970s signed set collector knows that Solaiti is one of the most difficult signatures. He debuted with the Yankees and is the only major league player born in American Samoa. He was tragically murdered in 1990 when he was shot in a dispute over a land transaction at the age of 43. This one arrives slabbed and authenticated by PSA/DNA.
