This lot offers Pete Rose's second-year Topps card in what can only be called a high-end PSA 4. Since his rookie card is out of some collector's price range, this one is a nice fallback plan. It's nicely centered and looks like it should be in a EX or better holder, but for now it's a PSA 4.
