This 14x18 framed display features three black-and-white photos from boxing first million-dollar fight between Georges Carpentier and Jack Dempsey, with a cut signature from Carpentier dated "15/11/14." Carpentier's attempt at the heavyweight Championship of the world came on July 2, 1921, again in Jersey City, when he faced Dempsey in front of boxing's first million dollar gate. Carpentier was badly beaten around before suffering a knockout in the second minute of the fourth round. This extremely rare signature is authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full LOA.
