Presented here is a really nice grouping of cards from the 1958 Topps Baseball issue, the company’s second effort in the now-standard 2 ½-by-3 ½-inch size and with a unique (at the time) design component that produced blazing color backgrounds that came to define the issue. This array represents almost 30 percent of a complete set and includes several stars. All-Stars (8) and Specials. It is found here in generally Excellent to Ex-Mt condition, with some below and the emphasis to Ex-Mt. The array offers a very compelling, consistent presentation, with particularly bright and vivid background colors and good gloss.
