Presented here is an impressive accumulation of very nice cards from the iconic 1963 Topps Baseball issue, the classic offering with brightly-colored panels that full bleed to the bottom of the card, making them particularly condition sensitive. This array is an attractive Excellent to Near-Mint, with some below and a significant number Near-Mint cards. Also headlining is a significant group of the difficult high numbers, almost four dozen in all, and most edging to the upper end of the condition spectrum. The group boasts vivid colors on those pesky panels, sharp photo registration and good gloss, and presents as a great launch on a complete set or the opportunity to upgrade an existing set. The lineup includes Ashburn, Stengel, Herzog, No. 173 Bomber’s Best and the Yankees Team card, plus five League Leaders, 13 Teams, six World Series subset, three Checklists and five of the Combination cards.
